Job Title: Business Listing Executive (App Onboarding)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Listing Executive to help onboard and list local businesses onto our mobile application. You will be responsible for collecting accurate business information, verifying details, uploading data to the app, and ensuring each business profile is complete and optimized for user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to local businesses via phone, email, or in-person visits to gather required listing information.
• Collect, verify, and input business data including name, category, address, contact details, working hours, photos, and services offered.
• Upload and manage business profiles on the app backend or CMS.
• Ensure that each listing meets company quality and content standards.
• Coordinate with the design/content team for promotional material if required.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of onboarded businesses.
• Provide support to businesses during the onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational ability.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and data entry tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Prior experience in business development, data entry, or customer service is a plus.
