Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Agricultural ProductsLocation: Pune, MaharashtraExperience: 1–5 years (preferred)Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Agriculture background preferred)Industry: Agriculture / Agri-Input / Fertilizers / Seeds / Pesticides / Farm EquipmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, dealers, and distributors in the Pune region. The candidate should have good knowledge of agricultural practices and strong field sales skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit farmers, retailers, and distributors to promote agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, equipment, etc.).
• Demonstrate product usage, benefits, and handling instructions at farms.
• Generate leads, convert sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.
• Conduct field activities such as demos, crop meetings, farmer awareness programs, etc.
• Collect market information on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper distribution, stock availability, and timely product delivery.
• Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the manager
