Field Sales Executive

• Sales and customer acquisition: Actively market credit cards to individuals and businesses to acquire new customers. 
• Sales targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics. 
• Customer needs analysis: Understand the financial needs of potential customers to recommend the most suitable credit card. 
• Product knowledge: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of various credit card options. 
• Application process: Assist customers with the credit card application process and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. 
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service. 
• Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to sell other bank products, such as loans, to existing credit card customers. 
• After-sales service: Provide ongoing support to customers, handle inquiries, and address any issues that arise.
