Job Description
- Generate B2B business from builders, interior designers, housing societies, and corporate clients
- Identify opportunities in post-interior cleaning and ready-possession flat cleaning projects
- Acquire AMC deep cleaning contracts and monthly housekeeping agreements
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and understand requirements
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate business data and sales records
- Submit daily reports and track sales performance
- Provide regular updates and insights to management
