Field Sales Executive

We are a rapidly growing team looking for dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our merchant base for leading digital payment platforms like Paytm. This is a purely on-field role requiring high energy and a results-oriented approach.

• Merchant Acquisition: Visit local markets, shops, and businesses daily to identify and onboard new merchants onto the digital payment platform (Paytm).
• Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the benefits of digital payment solutions (e.g., QR Codes, Soundbox, EDC/Card Machines, etc.) to potential merchants.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily/monthly sales and merchant onboarding targets.
• Documentation: Complete all necessary merchant KYC and onboarding documentation accurately.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with new and existing merchants to ensure platform usage and retention.
