Job Description
Responsibilities:
Visit salons and give Napito software demo using own Laptop
Onboard new clients and explain software features
Follow-up with leads and maintain client relationships
Achieve monthly subscription targets (₹13,000 / ₹15,000 / ₹20,000 plans)
Package & Perks:
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Petrol & Mobile Allowance
Flexible Working Hours
Work from Monday to Saturday, Sunday off
Requirements:
Minimum Education: 12th Pass
English Level: Basic English
Languages: Marathi + Hindi communication
Assets: Own Bike mandatory, Own Laptop mandatory
Additional Notes:
Field sales role; candidates must have their own Laptop for software demos
Must be willing to travel locally within Pune
Focus is B2B sales only (Salon owners)
