Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Corporate T-Shirt Printing

Location: Pune (Travel required within and outside Pune)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell customized corporate T-shirts and T-shirt printing services. The role involves visiting companies, understanding their requirements, presenting samples, and closing orders. The candidate should be comfortable with regular field visits and occasional travel outside Pune when business opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit corporate offices, industries, institutions, and event organizers to promote customized T-shirts and printing services
• Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
• Present product samples and explain printing methods and bulk customization options
• Understand client needs for uniforms, corporate events, promotions, and giveaways
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery timelines
• Travel within Pune and outside Pune as required for meetings and business development
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and resellers

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with field sales and travel
• Sales experience preferred; confident freshers can apply
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups

Compensation Structure

• Incentive-based earnings for the first 3–6 months based on performance
• Salary to be introduced after 3–6 months based on consistency and results
