Job Description

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Presentation: Delivering engaging, in-person product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting value to potential customers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contract terms, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and customer visits in CRM systems.
  • Operational Support: Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and, in some cases, overseeing product installation.
