Field Sales Executive

V Tech Power Systems is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Diesel Generators, solar systems, batteries, inverters, and power backup solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers for DG sets, solar, battery, inverter & power backup products

Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers for product promotion

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and installation process

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain customer relationships and ensure after-sales support coordination

Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities

Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates

Coordinate with technical and service teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma/ ITI / Graduate

0–5 years of experience in field sales (Diesel Genset / Solar / Electrical / Power industry preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of DG Sets/ solar systems, inverters, batteries, UPS

Ability to work independently and in the field

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
