Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through direct field visits, meeting dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and end customers. The role includes developing strong market networks, promoting company products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Visit dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, carpenters, and expand product reach.
• Demonstrate and promote company products (laminates, designer sheets, wall panels, etc.).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Conduct product presentations and sample demonstrations.
• Collect market intelligence: competitor products, pricing, trends, and customer needs.
• Ensure timely order collection, billing, and payment follow-up.
• Plan daily routes and maintain visit reports (DCR).
• Coordinate with the internal team for stock, delivery, and customer support.
