Position: Field Sales Executive

Experience: Fresher / 2–3 years of relevant experience

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Shift Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (subject to change as per business requirements)

Weekly Off: Single

Transportation: Self-managed

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate Degree (Mandatory)

• BBA in Marketing (Preferred)

Compensation

• Freshers: ■15,000 – ■18,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: ■25,000 – ■40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and market

research

• Promote and sell fitness equipment to gyms, fitness centers, corporate clients, and individual

customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Collect market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, and customer requirements

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles

• Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools – preferred)

• Interest or experience in the fitness industry will be an added advantage
