Dineverse Solutions is a growing food-tech platform focused on connecting restaurants, customers, and delivery partners through a seamless digital ecosystem. We help restaurants expand their reach, manage online orders efficiently, and enable delivery partners to earn through our platform.


We are looking for energetic and motivated On-Field Sales Executives who can help us expand our network by onboarding restaurants and delivery partners in Pune.


Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Onboarding


Identify and approach restaurants in assigned areas of Pune.


Present and explain the benefits of joining the Dineverse platform.


Convince restaurant owners/managers to partner with Dineverse.


Collect required documents and complete the restaurant onboarding process.


Coordinate with the internal team to ensure menu and restaurant details are correctly listed on the platform.


Delivery Partner Onboarding


Recruit delivery partners in the assigned locations.


Explain the working process, earnings structure, and requirements.


Assist delivery partners with registration and documentation.


Relationship Management


Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and partners.


Provide basic training on using the platform (if required).


Address initial queries and coordinate with support teams when needed.


Sales & Reporting


Achieve monthly onboarding targets for restaurants and delivery partners.


Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and onboarded partners.


Provide market feedback and competitor insights.


Requirements


Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.


0–3 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or business development (Food-tech or delivery platform experience is a plus).


Strong communication and convincing skills.


Comfortable with field work and local travel within Pune.


Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and digital tools.


Self-motivated and target-driven.
