Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Part-Time Sales Executive – Dental Camps & Corporate Outreach (Baner Area)

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to help expand our dental outreach initiatives in and around Baner ( ex. Sus , Balewadi , Pashan).

Role Overview:

The candidate will connect with corporate offices and residential societies to organize dental camps and promote special offers/vouchers. This is a part-time, field-based role (approx. 2 hours/day) with strong earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach companies and societies to schedule dental camps
• Target:
• 1–2 corporate camps per week
• 1–2 society camps per week (weekends)
• Promote and sell dental packages, offers, and vouchers during camps
• Build relationships with HR teams, society committees, and local networks
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow-ups

Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Base Pay (modest) + High Incentives
• Incentives per:
• Camp successfully scheduled
• Camp executed
• Offers/vouchers sold
• Achieving weekly targets should provide a meaningful income upside
• Performance review in 3 months with scope for:
• Increased compensation
• Expansion beyond Baner into nearby areas

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi
• Comfortable with fieldwork and networking
• Prior sales/marketing experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
