• Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new merchants and retailers for Paytm EDC (card swipe machines)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive repeat business and cross-sell Paytm products.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field visits within the assigned territory (wadgaon bk. and nearby areas).
• Provide post-sales service and support to ensure smooth merchant experience.
• Report daily sales activity and market feedback to the team leader/manager.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:10th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of field sales experience (Fintech, FMCG, Telecom preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹36,000 per month (depending on experience).
