Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Field B2B Sales & Business Development Executive with over 4 years of experience in industrial sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and promoting our industrial products to corporate clients across designated territories. This role requires a strong ability to generate new leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into profitable customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking, resulting in a minimum of 20 new leads per month.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our industrial products.

Product Promotion: Promote our industrial products to corporate clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications to drive sales growth.

Territory Management: Manage a designated territory, including travel to meet with clients and prospects, and maintaining a strong understanding of the local market and competition.

Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quarterly goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial sales

Proven track record of lead generation, sales performance, and customer development

Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
