Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview : ProMunim is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and compliance services to MSME clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring proper service coordination after sales.

This role requires strong field sales capabilities, a basic understanding of accounting services, and the ability to professionally engage with business owners.

  • Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and approach MSME clients such as small businesses, traders, startups, and professionals.
  • Promote ProMunim’s services, including accounting, GST, income tax, payroll, compliance, and related financial services.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product/service presentations.
  • Generate leads, follow up, negotiate pricing, and close sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Client Relationship & Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and proper handover to internal accounting teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Address client queries, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Reporting & Market Feedback Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities.
  • Submit regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Graduate (commerce background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in accounting, financial services, SaaS, or B2B services.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, GST, taxation, or compliance services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain services clearly to non-technical business owners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within assigned territory.


Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in selling professional services to MSMEs.

  • Familiarity with local business markets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with long-term relationship-building ability.
