Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with strong exposure to Primary Sales and Channel Sales.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, distributor handling, and market development.

The role involves traveling in assigned areas to generate sales, manage distributors, and expand the company’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate primary sales through distributors and channel partners
• Visit distributors regularly and maintain strong relationships
• Handle distributor orders, billing coordination, and collections support
• Appoint new distributors and retailers in assigned territories
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and report competitor activities
• Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
• Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales
• Mandatory experience in Primary Sales and Channel Sales
• Proven experience in distributor handling
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in the field
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Strong understanding of field sales operations
• Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Electricals / Similar industry preferred
