Field Sales Executive

JAZZ Beats is a fast-growing audio brand specializing in premium neckbands and earbuds. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in selling similar audio or electronic products.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell JAZZ Beats products to retailers, distributors, and dealers.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular product supply.
• Conduct field visits for product demonstrations, merchandising, and order collection.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
• Ensure proper product visibility and display across retail outlets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in neckbands, earbuds, or similar accessories.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of local market and retailer network.
• Willingness to travel extensively; owning a two-wheeler is an advantage.
