Field Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive (PROJECT) to join our team at Vardhaman Sanitary. In this role, you will be the face of our company, actively visiting clients on the ground, generating new leads, and closing sales. If you enjoy meeting new people, have excellent communication skills, and are willing to travel within the city, we want to hear from you.

• Key Responsibilities: Field Visits & Lead Generation: Travel daily within the assigned territory to meet potential customers (B2B) and generate new sales leads.
• Product Demonstration: Present and explain our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits that meet their specific needs.
• Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Closing: Negotiate pricing/terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Research: Keep an eye on competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.
• Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports (DVR) and update sales status in the company Excel sheet.
• Payment Collection: Assist in the collection of payments and outstanding dues from clients where necessary.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred) with relevant experience.

Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Field Sales Executive, or similar role is a plus.

• Skills: Strong verbal communication (Local language + English).
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, punctual, and ready to work in the field.
