Field Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager who will manage on-ground sales activities and also handle lead generation and conversions through the Indiamart platform. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of closing deals independently, and comfortable with extensive field travel. Driving is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute field sales operations and client visits
• Handle Indiamart inquiries, lead follow-ups, and conversions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven experience in field sales
• Hands-on experience with Indiamart lead management
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Valid four-wheeler and two-wheeler driving license
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Familiarity with industrial areas surrounding Pune is mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Proficient in MS Excel and email communication
