Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- 1️⃣ Revenue & Target Achievement (Primary Focus)Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive distributor billing growth
- Increase secondary sales through retail activation
- Push fast-moving SKUs (Aerosol 500ML focus initially)
- Improve order size (12 → 24 pcs strategy)
- 2️⃣ Distributor Network ExpansionIdentify and appoint new distributors
- Activate non-performing distributors
- Ensure stock availability
- Coordinate schemes & promotional push
- Maintain strong channel relationships
- 3️⃣ Field Team DevelopmentRecruit & train frontline sales executives
- Set daily visit and order targets
- Improve strike rate (visit → order conversion)
- Conduct joint market visits
- Mentor underperformers
- 4️⃣ Market Penetration StrategyExpand into new areas (city-wise mapping)
- Identify competitor strongholds (WD-40 / CRC segment)
- Introduce new SKUs strategically
- Identify bulk & institutional opportunities
- 5️⃣ Reporting & Performance TrackingSubmit weekly performance summary
- Track target vs achievement
- Monitor repeat order cycle
- Provide realistic sales forecasting
