Field Sales Manager

Job Description:

Joykas Cakes is looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to expand our FMCG distribution network in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for developing retail channels, managing distributors, and driving product sales across general trade outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distributor & retailer network

• Appoint new retailers and increase market coverage

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

• Manage and guide field sales executives

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in FMCG field sales

• Strong retailer network in Pune is preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Two-wheeler required

Salary: Best in industry + Incentives
