Field Sales & Promotion Executive

• Sales & Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas in your assigned area.
• Client Management: Visiting retailers/distributors, building strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Product & Promotion: Promoting new products, running trade offers, and ensuring optimal product display (shelf presence).
• Order & Finance: Taking orders, ensuring accurate processing, and collecting payments.
• Market Intelligence: Gathering feedback on trends, competitor activities, and market challenges.
• Reporting: Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and updating CRM systems. 

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in FMCG or general trade sales is often required.
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, often in the local language.
• Territory Management: Ability to manage a specific geographical region efficiently.
• Resilience: Ability to work independently and handle the demands of field sales.
