Job Title: Service Technician (Autoclave & ETO Sterilizer)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of Autoclaves and ETO Sterilizers. The role involves troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, ensuring optimal performance, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Install, calibrate, and train customers on Autoclave and ETO Sterilizer operation and other CSSD equipment and hospitals and industry

• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns promptly.

• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and build strong client relationships.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Preferable ITI/Diploma – Electricals/ Mechanicals 

• Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.

• Experience with Autoclaves and ETO Sterilizers will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant technical certification.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Compensation: 22000 CTC + Travel at actuals
