Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Installation and commissioning of printers & photocopiers
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshooting hardware, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Replacement of spare parts and consumables
- On-site customer support and basic user training
- Maintaining service reports and visit logs
- Coordinating with technical support team
- Following safety and company service standards
- Qualification (Mandatory):Diploma or ITI in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience in printer/copier service
- Skills Required:Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical & mechanical systems
- Understanding of printers, copiers, scanners (preferred)
- Ability to diagnose faults using service tools
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel locally
