Field Service Technician

1. Maintenance & Servicing

○

Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of hot water systems, heat

pumps, booster pumps, circulation pumps, and associated equipment.

○

Inspect and test system components including pumps, valves, piping, sensors, and

controls.

2. Troubleshooting & Repair

○

Diagnose system faults and inefficiencies; identify root causes and implement

corrective actions.

○

Respond to service calls and breakdowns within defined SLAs.

○

Conduct on-site fault-finding for mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

3. Documentation & Reporting

○

Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.

○

Provide detailed feedback to the Service/Project Manager on system conditions and

recommendations for improvement.

4. Customer Support

○

Interact with clients professionally and provide technical advice on system operation,

maintenance schedules, and upgrades.
