Field Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Supervisor to oversee our ongoing construction projects. The supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers, workers, and vendors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site activities.
• Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Supervise labour, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Check and verify materials delivered to the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site safety and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide quick solutions.
• Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with the management team.
• Ensure proper usage of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure it follows the drawings and technical specifications.
• 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 6–1 years experience as a Construction Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction works.
• Ability to manage labour teams and handle site challenges.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read site drawings (preferred).
