Finance Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Executive with approximately 2 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who has gained foundational exposure in financial activities and is looking to grow further in the finance field. The Junior Financial Executive will support various financial activities, perform data analysis, and assist senior executives in their day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis

• Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data for various projects and clients.
• Apply your existing experience to create basic financial models and conduct preliminary financial assessments.
• Support senior executives in preparing project reports.

Data Management

• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and reports.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, charts, and graphs for presentations and reports.
• Assist in data validation to ensure accuracy in reports and information shared with third parties.

Research and Reporting

• Conduct research on industry, project location, market conditions, and competitors.
• Prepare basic financial reports and presentations under supervision.
• Summarize research findings and contribute to team discussions.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation trail of every assigned transaction.
• Assist seniors in the loan documentation process.

Collaboration

• Work effectively with team members, clients, lenders, and third-party agencies.
• Learn from senior executives and actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
• Seek guidance and mentorship to continue enhancing financial skills.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with financial industry best practices and trends.
• Pursue learning opportunities and certifications to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Actively participate in team meetings and monthly presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Approx. 2 years of relevant financial work experience.

Job Location: Pune

Additional Requirement:

• Candidates must be willing to travel to bankers and customers for work purposes.
• Candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.
