Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow).
• Bookkeeping & Transactions: Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Tax Preparation: Calculate and submit tax payments and prepare necessary tax documents.
• Analysis & Advice: Analyze costs, revenue, and financial commitments to assist management with financial forecasting and budgeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., macros, VLOOKUP).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and spot patterns or discrepancies.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
