Job Description:

Job Summary
This position develops and implements key Source to Pay (S2P) communication deliverables. He/She supports the development of effective, measurable communication strategies and content to support companywide projects and initiatives. This position works with project teams to develop effective change communications plans to drive adoption of new processes and technologies. He/She performs concept development of multimedia deliverables for the S2P project implementation. This position communicates items following the communication plan targeted around the appropriate stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develops communications content.
• Ensures all content and communications are delivered on time by creating project scopes and objectives and involving stakeholders.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation by developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Ensures consistency of deliverables, determines project timelines, and identifies key messages.
• Creates reports and presentations to communicate business plans and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related discipline - Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
