Floor Manager

With strong gym expertise, including knowledge of exercise science, injury prevention, and fitness goals like fat loss or muscle gain, the role involves monitoring equipment maintenance, handling member queries and complaints, supporting onboarding for new members, and promoting services such as personal training to boost retention. This position requires excellent communication skills to manage diverse crowds politely yet firmly, coordinate with trainers and housekeeping, and maintain high standards of professionalism during peak hours.
