Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations on the retail floor
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Conduct staff scheduling and shift planning
- Ensure billing accuracy and cash handling compliance
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates
