Sales Officer – Samsara

Job Responsibilities:✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

• Identify and connect with potential retail stores, distributors, and B2B clients.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.

✅ Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote Samsara’s product range and educate customers on unique selling points.
• Execute promotional activities and in-store branding.

✅ Market Research & Expansion:

• Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities and competitors’ activities.
• Provide feedback on pricing, customer preferences, and demand trends.

✅ Order Management & Follow-ups:

• Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
• Follow up on payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

✅ Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain sales reports, customer data, and feedback for management review.
• Use CRM tools (if applicable) to track leads and sales progress.

Key Skills & Qualifications:🎯 Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG/Dairy/Consumer Goods sales.

🎯 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).

🎯 Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

🎯 Must Have: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with field sales.

🎯 Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred.

🎯 Preferred: Experience working with retailers, distributors, or eCommerce platforms.
