Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant/banquet service operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints.
- Train, guide, and monitor service staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen & bar for smooth service.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory of cutlery, glassware, and equipment.
- Promote upselling of food & beverage items.
- Prepare shift reports and ensure proper handovers.
