Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a food Store Manager Executive responsible for managing store, inventory, online food orders received through Zomato and Swiggy, ensuring accurate packing, timely handover to delivery partners, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing
• Handle order taking, billing, and cash counter management
• Receive and monitor food orders from Zomato, Swiggy, and other online delivery platforms
• Verify order details such as items, quantity, customization, and delivery instructions
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely preparation
• Pack food items properly using standard packaging materials to avoid leakage or damage
• Label parcels correctly with order ID and delivery partner details
• Ensure orders are handed over to delivery executives on time
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the packing and order counter
• Update order status on delivery apps when required
• Handle basic customer or delivery partner queries related to orders
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and QSR operational guidelines
• Manage and train store staff; schedule shifts and duties
• Inventory management and assist in restocking items when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of smartphone/tablet usage
• Familiarity with Zomato / Swiggy order screens
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail to avoid order mistakes
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi)

Experience:
