Food Factory Manager

Execute daily production as per batch plans and SOPs

Assist in preparation, mixing, roasting/cooking, and packing of food products

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols strictly

Ensure correct weighing, portioning, and packing of finished goods

Maintain cleanliness of production area, equipment, and utensils

Report any quality deviations, equipment issues, or raw material shortages

Support inventory tracking of raw materials and packaging materials

Work closely with the Production Manager and QC team

Adhere to FSSAI and internal quality standards at all times
