Food Technologist

Inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Conduct routine sampling, testing, and sensory evaluation of products.

Maintain records of test results, batch-wise QC reports, and non-conformance reports.

Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices on the production floor.

Calibrate and maintain QC instruments and equipment.

Coordinate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and internal SOPs.

Prepare and maintain documentation for audits (internal/external).

Participate in product shelf-life studies and stability checks.

Train production staff on food safety and quality practices.
