Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Founder Office Trainee to work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic, operational, and business initiatives. This role offers exposure to leadership decision-making, cross-functional projects, and company-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Founder/CEO in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare business reports.

Support execution of company goals, projects, and key priorities.

Prepare presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and meeting notes.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) on ongoing projects.

Track performance metrics and follow up on action items.

Support investor relations, client meetings, and partnerships when required.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications:

MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech or equivalent.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Strong academic background and leadership mindset.
