Front Desk Cum Admin Executive

1)      Handling Incoming & Outgoing calls through EPBAX system for the entire office.

2)      Taking full charge of Visitor Management including fixing their appointment with the concerned staff and forwarding their requirement to concerned staff.

3)   Visitor Management: Ensure that visitors are attended to every time & entry has been made in Visitor Management Register. Taking full charge of Visitor Management including fixing their appointment with the concerned staff and forwarding their requirement to concerned staff. Be responsible for Visitor Hospitality – taking care of all visitors’ requirement, providing water / tea / coffee / refreshments to visitors & co-ordination with Pantry for the same.

4)      Preparation of Weekly Summary for Incoming & Outgoing calls and sending the same to the concerned authority.

5)      Manage appointments & time schedule of Senior Management staff.

6)      Maintaining cleanliness of entire reception area with the assistance of office boys.

7)      Take charge of Admin. person’s work in case of his / her absence.

8)      Other Secretarial functions.
