💼 Key Responsibilities

• 🖥 Assist customers visiting the service center with basic guidance

• 📋 Create service entries and maintain accurate customer records

• 🔍 Perform basic laptop inspection (visual check, simple diagnostics)

• 🗂 Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth customer flow

• 🏢 Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly desk environment

• 🤝 Communicate politely and represent the service center professionally
