Job Summary
The Front End Developer at Synechron plays a key role in architecting and implementing web solutions across multiple technology platforms—including mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain. By delivering responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces, this position supports Synechron’s commitment to technological innovation and excellent user experience. The role contributes directly to business objectives by enhancing digital engagement and ensuring integration with evolving platforms.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Strong proficiency in front-end programming languages and frameworks (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)

  • Experience with modern web libraries and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

  • Understanding of mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain integrations for web/UI applications

  • Exposure to version control tools (Git)

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum methodologies, and tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Preferred:

  • Experience with Node.js and API integration

  • Working knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

  • Familiarity with security protocols for web applications

Overall Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business/technology requirements and develop appropriate web solutions

• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation for new features and enhancements

• Stay current with latest web, mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain technology trends, suggesting improvements to existing platforms

• Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and code quality

• Provide technical support and resolve front-end issues efficiently

• Collaborate with testing and QA teams to ensure thorough testing and adherence to quality standards

Day-to-Day Activities

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project meetings

• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and backend developers to refine requirements and deliver solutions

• Design, write, test, and deploy responsive web applications and features

• Review front-end code, provide constructive feedback, and support teammates

• Stay updated on technology advances, identify relevant improvements for user interfaces

• Document user interfaces, workflows, and troubleshooting guides

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Preferred: Certifications in front-end technologies, Agile, or cloud platforms
