Fundraiser / Telecaller (NGO Role)

We are hiring experienced candidates for the role of Fundraiser / Telecaller for our NGO. This is a field + calling based role where candidates will be responsible for generating donations and promoting social causes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Potential donors ko call karke NGO campaigns explain karna
• Field me jaake face-to-face fundraising karna
• Donors ko convince karke donation generate karna
• Daily targets achieve karna
• Campaign activities aur awareness drives me participate karna
• Daily reporting & coordination with team

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Sales / Fundraising
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Field work ke liye comfortable hona chahiye
• Target-oriented mindset
