Job Description: Geotechnical Engineer

Position: Geotechnical Engineer

Education: Master's degree (M. Tech / M.E) in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.

Language : English, Hindi & Marathi

Key Responsibilities:

A. Geotechnical Design and Analysis:

Perform geotechnical modelling and analysis using Plaxis software.

Design and analyze piles, anchors, and other geotechnical structures for both onshore and offshore projects.

Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and design documentation.

Perform on-site soil tests and analysis to assess soil properties and behaviour.

Oversee and execute soil investigation activities for onshore and offshore projects.

Ensure accurate sampling, testing, and analysis to determine soil properties and behaviour.

Proficient in conducting electrical resistivity tests and interpreting results.

Experience in slope stability analysis and mitigation measures.

Interpret investigation results to support design and construction processes.

Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians effectively.

Maintain inventory and oversee maintenance of drilling machines and other equipment.

B. Additional Skills (Desirable):

Knowledge of groundwater modelling and management techniques.

Certification or training in relevant software tools and techniques.

C. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring effective task allocation and project execution.

Foster a collaborative and goal-driven work environment.

Address on-site challenges and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

D. Marketing and Business Development Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical insights during client interactions.

Support in preparing project proposals and presentations to secure new projects.
