Responsibilities · Perform routine training at our dealer’s car accessory fitment centers, with respect to our dashcam installations · Maintain a knowledge of automotive electrics with respect to fuses, batteries, relays, alternators, and DC currents between 8-36V. · Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of our client’s issues and provide accurate recommendations via WhatsApp or other communicative channels · Installation of our products on client’s vehicles, ensuring that our client’s fully understand all the respective features of our product via a post installation demo. · Maintain legible and accurate records and a clean work environment. · Assist in the development of new cutting-edge products Required Skills Punctual, Dynamic, Technically Sound, Ability to operate computer and mobile applications, good command of the English language.
