Description

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Graduate Engineers to support our Proposal, Marketing, and Estimation functions for EPC Fire Fighting Projects. The role involves assisting in tender review, preparing technical and commercial proposals, supporting quantity estimation, coordinating with internal departments, and contributing to corporate marketing initiatives.

Key

Responsibilities

·        Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

·        Assist in preparation of technical proposals, compliance statements, and supporting documents.

·        Support BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and preliminary cost estimation.

·        Coordinate with Design, Purchase, BD, and Project teams for proposal inputs.

·        Prepare tender documentation, trackers, checklists, and bid submission files.

·        Support marketing activities such as company profiles, capability statements, brochures, and presentations.

·        Handle client/vendor communication for technical clarifications under supervision.

·        Maintain organized records of proposals, submissions, and marketing material.

Required

Skills

·        Basic knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pumps, Valves, etc.).

·        Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·        Ability to read technical drawings and tender documents.

·        Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

·        Familiarity with AutoCAD / Revit (added advantage).

·        Awareness of NFPA/IS standards (preferred but not mandatory).
