Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with proven skills in graphic design and a strong portfolio.

Work Experience:Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience

Annual CTC Range: Maximum Fixed CTC Rs3.05 Lac per annum (LPA ) or Monthly Rs 28K

Key Skills:

·       Any graduate with proven skills in graphic design and a strong portfolio.

·       Proven 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).

·       Software Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/ Coral Draw.

·       Design Fundamentals: Typography, color theory, composition, layout.

·       Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to generate original ideas and find visual solutions.

·       Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with designers, marketers, and content creators. 

·       Time Management: Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.

·       Experience in creating and managing bulk design tasks efficiently.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

·       Good communication and time-management skills.

·       Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Create cretaives, social media posts on Instagram, Meta and cretae branding material like banners, brochures, thumbnails

·       Create branding materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and thumbnails

·       Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all designs

·       Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements

·       Deliver creative assets within defined timelines

·       Make revisions based on feedback and brand guidelines
