The Role: Make Data Dance with Creativity

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our fast-paced team. You are more than just an editor; you are a visual storyteller who understands that every cut, effect, and sound choice is made with a strategic purpose. You will be the maestro transforming raw footage and ideas into high-performing video assets that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral
• Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into high-quality visual concepts
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and other designers to develop cohesive campaigns
• Revise and refine designs based on internal and client feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain consistency across brand identities for multiple clients
• Prepare final files for digital and print production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical skill
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or similar tools a plus
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or basic video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI, or CMS platforms
• Experience working with social media brands and performance-driven creative
