Graphic Designer

Plan It Out is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our event production team with client proposals, presentations, print materials, and internal execution documents.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on event décor concepts, branding layouts, and presentation design.

Role Includes:

• Designing client proposal PDFs & presentations
• Create visually appealing layouts for décor concepts, stage setups, and branding ideas
• Creating event venue layouts
• Designing event printing materials (welcome boards, stage backdrops, signage, branding elements)
• Assisting in client meetings, taking notes, and preparing proposals
• Preparing internal work order documents

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Canva (must)
• Good presentation & layout design skills
• Basic understanding of print-ready files

Preferred Skills:

• CorelDRAW knowledge
• Excel / Google Sheets familiarity
• Event industry experience (bonus)
