We are expanding our creative team and looking for a passionate Graphic Designer Intern to help us build high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, events, and startup education.

Role OverviewAs a Graphic Designer Intern, you will work closely with the content and marketing team to design visually engaging creatives that communicate startup concepts in a simple, bold, and effective way.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, reels thumbnails, banners, and infographics
• Create carousel posts for Instagram in Startup Maharashtra branding
• Assist in designing pitch decks, event posters, and marketing materials
• Turn raw ideas into clean, modern visual concepts
• Work with the content team to maintain design consistency across platforms
• Execute quick design iterations based on feedback
• Stay updated with current design trends and Instagram formats

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Strong sense of color, typography, and layout
• Ability to take feedback and revise quickly
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Interest in startups, marketing, and branding
• A small portfolio or sample work is a plus (even college projects!)
