Key Responsibilities

🎥 1. Production & Cinematography

• Lead end-to-end physical production of video content.
• Operate Cinema & Mirrorless cameras professionally.
• Design and execute lighting setups for indoor & outdoor shoots.
• Capture high-quality spatial and wireless audio.
• Manage gimbal stabilization systems for smooth cinematic footage.
• Conduct real estate walkthrough shoots, interviews, and promotional content.

✂ 2. High-Impact Video Editing ("Liquid Editing")

• Execute fast-paced, engaging edits optimized for attention retention.
• Reframe 16:9 cinematic footages into 9:16 vertical formats.
• Apply cinematic colour grading and sound design.
• Deliver platform-optimized versions (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Reels).
• Implement “Edit Once, Distribute Everywhere” workflow.
• Use text-to-edit and AI transcription workflows for speed & efficiency.

🎨 3. Visual Design & Brand Identity

• Design high-quality marketing creatives, brochures, ads, and thumbnails.
• Create motion graphics, animated overlays, lower thirds, and logo animations.
• Maintain cohesive brand identity across all formats (video, social, print, PDF).
• Develop templates for scalable content production.
• Ensure pixel-perfect alignment with brand guidelines.

4. AI Orchestration & Automation

• Integrate Generative AI tools for:
• AI-generated B-roll
• Synthetic voiceovers
• Automated rot scoping
• Background removal
• Smart colour matching
• Use advanced prompt engineering for image & video generation.
• Optimize workflow using AI-assisted editing tools.
• Reduce production time without compromising quality.

5. Content Strategy & Algorithm Alignment

• Collaborate on scripts, hooks, and storyboards.
• Design content for AI-driven discovery platforms (2026 algorithm focus).
• Ensure high retention, CTR, and conversion-focused creative.
• Analyse performance metrics and refine content strategy.
• Work closely with sales & marketing teams for campaign alignment.

Technical Requirements

🎬 Video

• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve (Neural Engine preferred)
• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling & pacing
• Advanced colour grading knowledge
• Audio editing & mixing skills

🎨 Design & Motion

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Motion graphics & animation expertise

🤖 AI Tools

• Advanced Prompt Engineering
• AI image/video generation tools
• AI transcription & text-to-edit workflows
• Familiarity with automation tools
